The Business Transactional Attorney will be responsible for commercial transactions and mergers. As the Business Transactional Attorney, you will bring experience handling asset sales and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, along with debt and equity structuring. The Business Transaction Attorney will aid with business agreements and client counseling on business structures and entity selection.
Responsibilities:

As the Business Transactional Attorney, you will bring experience handling asset sales and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, along with debt and equity structuring. The Business Transaction Attorney will aid with business agreements and client counseling on business structures and entity selection.
Responsibilities:
- Complete commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and asset sales
- Provide counseling on partnerships and joint ventures
- Aid id business structuring and entity selection options
- Balance legal and business risks when completing business agreements
- Possess a Juris Doctorate and NY license
- 5 years of experience of Business Transactional Attorney expertise
- A transferable book of business
- Experience with tax background, a plus
