The Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Attorney will be responsible for commercial real estate and corporate transactions. As the Mid-level Real Estate Transactional Attorney will be well-versed with acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and aspects of entity formation.
Responsibilities:

Handle acquisitions and dispositions for sophisticated commercial real estate and corporate transactions
Ensuring financing and entity formation requirements are met, including governing documents, corporate documentation and agreements
Provide business counseling and general commercial agreements

Requirements:

Possesses a Juris Doctorate degree
Active license/bar association in New York
5 years of transactional/real estate experience
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Proven analytical and legal skills
