Job Description:

• Position: Benefits Manager
• Location: New York, NY
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
• Hourly Rate: $48.00

Salary: $48.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
• Supports management’s decision-making process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
• Identifies benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems in accordance with business standard protocols.
• Support the various pre-renewal/renewal/post-renewal and wellness activities.
• Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts (analytical, compliance, etc.).
• Supporting the team with the preparation, analysis and delivery of materials that makeup the deliverable (i.e. exhibits, reports and presentations)
• Maintain internal systems and client files in accordance with business data standards and filing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Benefits Specialist / Manager
• Minimum 1 year of supervising a team
• Experience with UKG, ZenDesk and Docuware a plus
• Experience with ticketing (ZenDesK) a plus
• Experience within the nonprofit / education sectors is preferred
