Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Department: Behaviroal Health
Location: Jamica, NY
Schedule: 15/Hrs per week - 5 Hrs per day Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $43

Overview: The Registered Nurse will provide healthcare services to developmentally disabled individuals of diverse ethnicities, and backgrounds residing in permanent supportive housing residence.

Requirements :

• NYS Registered Nurse
• Associate degree in Nursing
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
• Experience in community health care services, preferably in Intellectual Disability/Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in pre-admission screening and discharge plans
• Provide medication management to individuals (PO)
• Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health.
• Update medical diagnosis and changes in the plan of care into the electronic health record

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $43.00 per hour
