The President, Americas role will report to the Chief Executive Officer in Austin, Texas and will lead the strategy and business operations for YETI's commercial business including driving overall revenue, with particular focus on the existing channels in the USA and Canada plus further expansion in the Americas. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create a seamless and integrated customer experience across all channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to drive a highly profitable and sustainable omnichannel business for the USA and Canada, which includes wholesale, B2B sales, eCommerce and Amazon sales channels and YETI owned retail stores.
  • Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to the commercial teams, setting goals and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Revenue and Profitable Growth: Leading the omnichannel across YETI's two major go to market channels (Wholesale and Direct to Consumer) including the continued expansion and development of direct and indirect channels to market.
  • Sales Management: Building and leading a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets and managing top-level relationships at key accounts
  • Business Development : Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, corporate partnerships and distribution channels to drive growth within the established countries or in new markets.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer and the marketing team to launch campaigns that resonate with the local YETI consumer, drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth in the region.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders across all channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner and develop relationships with various business leaders across geographies, supply chain and operations, marketing, legal, talent, and finance in support of key business metrics.
  • Technology: Partner closely with the Chief Information Officer to identify and implement technology solutions that support omnichannel initiatives and lead the way for globally scalable solutions.
Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 24 years of commercial experience working for omnichannel consumer-centric global brands.
  • At least 14 years of experience leading global commercial teams.
  • Significant experience working with various revenue channels, distribution, and fulfillment models including digital, wholesale and owned retail.
  • Ability to develop and execute omnichannel commercial strategies at scale that lead to growth and expansion.
  • Possess executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate across various departments globally to drive results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize disparate and complex inputs (both quantitative and qualitative) to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a global cross-functional environment, exceptionally resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Results driven, proactive, positive attitude, accountable and drives projects to completion.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

  • Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
  • Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
