Description

PM Line/Banquet Chef at Westmoor Country Club will skillfully prepare exceptional food for our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is required; experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus.

This is a full-time (35-40 hours per week, on average) position with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of established menu items
• Assist in the creation of specials
• Possess a working knowledge of all menus
• Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
• Set up and maintain your station
• Help the culinary team with preparation for special events and private functions
• Assist with stocking, receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the culinary areas

Pay Range

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience

• Flexible work schedule; able to work varying days to include holidays and weekends

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Enthusiasm for producing high-quality products
• Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful culinary setting
