Primary Job Function:
The Client Service Specialist will work closely with our Regional Sales Teams to aid and support in various aspects of the sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Sales Team to cultivate new and deepen existing relationships with clients using Thornburg's various mutual fund and separate account products.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Consultants and Advisor Solutions Consultants to schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings.
  • Manage and complete back office/administrative requests aiding in the sales process.
  • Maintain contact relationship management database (Salesforce) used by the sales team to track meetings, client information, etc.
  • Conduct client research to maintain and enhance data integrity and aid in sales execution.
  • Support and maintain Strategic Relationships conference and event processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - required .
  • Prior experience in financial services and/or client service - preferred .
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 - preferred .
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Computer proficiency.
