The Group & Event Services Manager is responsible for providing exemplary service to Hotel clients with a focus on team achievement of revenue for the hotel to meet and exceed metrics. They will work with group and event clients to finalize event details maximize meeting space and food and beverage products and services, manage room blocks and rooming lists, and coordinate the critical communications of the group needs between key departments on behalf of the sales team. This individual is organized, and detailed in communication with clients, and internal departments. This person loves to find creative solutions to clients’ needs, maximize business opportunities for the hotel, and welcome clients back in the future by thoroughly communicating with various departments to ensure an exceptional client experience. They enjoy being part of a team and interact positively with other team and hotel members. They enjoy managing multiple projects at the same time and are passionate about making guests' and clients' experiences with Hilton Mystic memorable.
Benefits
Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000
