The Boar's Head Resort is Hiring a Housekeeping Inspector Near Charlottesville, VA
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting rooms and public areas on a daily basis
- Ensuring all rooms, guest corridors, and work areas are cleaned on a daily basis
- Train new Housekeeping team members according to 4 Diamond Service expectations
- Coordinate Housekeeping work with other departments such as Engineering, Food and Beverage, or Front Office
- Assisting with and performing cleaning projects when needed
- Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned
- Hours 12PM-9PM
- Prior Housekeeping experience, preferably at a 4 Diamond property
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Keen eye for quality standards
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including being able to work holidays and weekends
