The Boar's Head Resort is Hiring a Group Exercise Instructor -I Near Charlottesville, VA
The Boar's Head Sports Club is currently hiring for Yoga and Mat Pilates instructors to join our Group Fitness Team. Instructors are expected to create/conduct safe, effective exercise leadership for BHSC members and resort guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and conduct safe effective exercise classes for Boar's Head Sports Club Members and guests
- Aid participants in performing exercise at the appropriate intensity while using recommended body alignment
- Promote the Group Exercise Program to members and guests by informing them of upcoming classes/workshops
- Keep exercise studios organized and equipment cleaned
- Ensure class participants sign in for accurate attendance records
- Proactively source substitutes for classes that you are not able to teach
- Must be able to teach at least 2 classes per month (either through regularly scheduled classes or subbing)
Qualifications:
- Must hold a certification through an accredited program
- CPR/AED Certification
- Maintain Instructor Status through ongoing training
- Excellent Customer Service skills
