HireArt is helping the world's largest social network find a highly motivated Compliance Program Manager to join its team supporting the company's compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop code and/or reports using the ProcessUnity platform, develop Quality Assurance (“QA”) plan and execute the QA steps.
We're looking for a highly outcome focused person with a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience (e.g. program management, third-party compliance or company compliance in general).
As Compliance Program Manager, you will:

• Take a high degree of ownership of the solutions and the ability to make positive changes every day.
• Lead the implementation and delivery of third-party compliance initiatives.
• Design/develop process workflows and reports using a third party vendor.
• Develop a detailed quality assurance plan and execute quality assurance steps to deliver a quality product.
• Develop, deploy and refine processes that identify pain points to deliver operational/technical improvements.
• Communicate with technical/non-technical audiences at various levels to influence and manage implementation of the solution.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and iterate the compliance strategy by adding innovative components.

• 5 years of experience in one or multiple of the following areas (program management, third-party compliance OR company compliance in general)
• 5 years of experience with software engineering and/or compliance technology projects
• Demonstrated experience designing/developing process workflows and reports using third party vendor (e.g. ProcessUnity) or other Workflow Software provider (e.g. MetricStream, Aravo, Blue Umbrella, Kroll, Exiger)
• Demonstrated experience developing/detailing QA Plans and executing the steps to deliver a quality product
• Experience with legal technologies, SQL, project management and reporting tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment
• Experience with software development lifecycle, technical execution, implementing new tools and change management for large company wide programs
• Experience in identifying/leading engagements with internal legal stakeholders as well as external cross-functional leads, stakeholders, and engineering partners

Commitment: This is a full-time, 12-month contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Menlo Park, CA or San Francisco, CA areas.
