Job Description: Administrative Assistant

Time commitment: 12 - 20 hours

Reports to: HR Director

Schedule: 3:00 - 8:00 PM M/W/TH

Status: Part-time, Exempt

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the outpatient clinic as well as Telos Leadership team members in performing organizational and clerical functions and ensuring an efficient and professional work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors as they come in
• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner 
• Route the mail to the proper individuals
• Take messages when needed and make sure appropriate people receive them
• Help parents, consultants and patients in crisis
• Ensure that every visitor signs the visitor log and signs a confidentiality agreement
• Understand Telos policies and procedures
• Field admissions, and informational calls

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Friendly and positive personality
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate with each department.
• Professional dress and decorum
• Basic knowledge of phones
• Basic knowledge of G-Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
• Ability to gather and compile information and prepare documents, memos or reports
• Ability to transcribe information
• Transcription experience preferred
