Prout Financial Design, located in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan, is looking to fill the role of a part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant supports the client experience and the Prout team by providing organization, client and administrative support.

Job Classification:

This job is classified as part-time designated at 15 to 20 hours per week. The ideal hours would be Monday (8:30 to 5:00), Tuesdays (8:30 to 5:00) and Fridays (8:30 to 4:00).

A Day in the Life of a Adminstrative Assistant:

This role will be working in a team-based, office environment. The Administrative Assistant will utilize their attention to detail and strong communication skills to support the front desk acting as receptionist on assigned days, preparing mailings and printing newsletters, and filing/scanning statements and other documents. Other duties include organizing kitchen snacks, running supply errands, calling clients and assisting with special projects. This role reports to the Executive Assistant and Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an individual who enjoys providing exceptional customers services, working in a team environment and has strong communication skills. Three to five years of previous experience working in an administrative support or similar role required. Strong detail, computer and time management skills are needed. And is consistently professional in dress and manner.
