**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. **Responsibilities:** - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Scan goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas - Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information - Greet customers when entering or leaving the store - Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding promotions, payment options, and loyalty programs **Experience:** - Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales position - Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners) - Strong communication and time management skills - Customer satisfaction-oriented - Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly - High school degree **Skills:** - Organizational skills to manage transactions efficiently - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Experience in jewelry sales or willingness to learn about jewelry products - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Technical sales knowledge to promote products effectively - Ability to manage stock levels and assist with inventory tasks - Multilingual abilities are a plus for better customer communication - Proficient in cash handling procedures with accuracy and attention to detail - Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing - Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.08 - $15.00 per hour
