- Process all onboarding and offboarding activities
- Ensure employee files are up-to-date and audit-ready
- Ensure job descriptions are complete and updated
- Maintain employee data in HR system (Paycor) and improve/maintain employee documentation and files
- Support the annual review processes
- Process background checks and employment verifications
- Administer I-9/eVerify process and prepare information for audits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience in medical devices or directly relevant work experience
- A high standard of integrity, character and professionalism
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
