Job Overview:

As the host/hostess of the restaurant is one of the most important positions. You are the first smile a guest sees walking in the front door. Make every guest feel welcome as they walk through the door

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Whenever possible, open the front door for the guests as they enter and leave

• There should ALWAYS be at least one person up front, if you need to leave the host stand for any reason, make sure there is someone covering you or let a manager/shift lead know

• Keep the host stand clean & the tablet charged.

• Your appearance and attitude is important. Customers watch everything you do, so do not look mad or disorganized. If you get overwhelmed with anything at all let the shift lead know & they will help you in anyway.

• If you are going over your estimated wait times, notify the manager on duty.

• Getting familiar with our seating program Open table & being aware of all parties and reservations for the day/night
