Job Overview:
The purpose of this position is to interact with guests and create a great experience with Milford Hospitality Group. Servers are responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Servers are expected to be attentive to the guests' needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable & relaxed at all times. “Every guest is your next guest”
Responsibilities and Duties:
Knowledge of current food & drink menu, chef specials, 86’ed items, ect.
Maintaining a proper dining experience. Delivering food/drink, fulfilling customer needs, suggestive selling, upselling and communicating orders to the kitchen.
Preparing final bill, bringing in your own bank, processing payments
Performing side work and daily beautifications
Strictly following our uniform policy as described above
Knowledge of the correct carding procedure for alcohol consumption/purchasing (RAMP certification required within 30 days of hire)
Be ready and willing to help other staff members as needed, TEAMWORK
