Primary duties of the Maintenance Engineer will include preventative maintenance of kitchen and HVAC equipment in hotels, restaurants and other venues. Daily duties to include general building maintenance such as plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, snow removal, life safety inspections, regular mechanical maintenance, grounds and landscape maintenance, snow removal, etc. Some lifting and moving of furniture required.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or HVAC trade. Basic computer skills is also a must.
