Job Title:
Breakfast Attendant
Reports directly to:
Director of Hotel Operations
Job Overview:
Set up and prepare buffet breakfast for hotel guests. Position is part-time, 7 AM – 11 AM.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in setting up breakfast buffet, making coffee, setting juices, creamers, granola, yogurt, etc.
- Heat quiches
- Cook bacon and/or sausages
- Prepare pastries
- Cut and prepare fresh fruit daily
- Replenish buffet as needed
- Assist guests with any of their needs
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Clear tables as guests leave breakfast. Tables should be cleaned thoroughly. Check the chairs for crumbs, check the floor for trash, and set the table back up neatly.
- Clean up kitchen as needed. Turn off ovens.
- Monitor inventory and inform supervisor of ordering needs.
