Overview:

High Fidelity Brands is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company with a state-of-the-art greenhouse facility spanning 100,000 square feet. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities for our greenhouse facility, retail stores, and manufacturing lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, team leadership, and facility operations.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement pre-maintenance schedules for the greenhouse facility, including regular maintenance of Biotherm boilers and Daikin chillers.

· Create and implement maintenance schedules for equipment at the company’s greenhouse, retail stores and the manufacturing lab.

· Lead a team of 1-3 maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

· Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

· Coordinate closely with the greenhouse manager, production manager, and purchasing manager to prioritize maintenance tasks and address any urgent maintenance needs.

· Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

· Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.

· Develop and maintain documentation related to maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.

· Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise, coordinating with external vendors or contractors as needed.

· Continuously evaluate and optimize maintenance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a greenhouse or manufacturing environment.

· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and other industrial equipment.

· Proven experience in team leadership, including training, coaching, and performance management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

· Knowledge of cannabis cultivation and manufacturing processes is a plus.
