High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility and three dispensaries. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

Blue Sky Manufacturing - Extraction TechnicianResponsibilities:• Extraction Process:o Conduct cannabis extraction processes using hydrocarbon solvents, while adhering to safety protocols.o Operate and maintain extraction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.o Monitor and adjust extraction parameters to achieve desired product specifications.o Understand the use of filter medias and determine optimal ratios of filtermedia for different biomasses.• Quality Control:o Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the consistency and purity of extracted products.o Perform regular quality assurance checks on equipment and processes to identify and address any deviations from standards.• Compliance:o Stay up-to-date with local and state regulations governing cannabis extraction and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.o Document and maintain detailed records of extraction processes, raw materials, and product specifications.• Safety:o Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.o Identify and address potential safety hazards promptly.• Team Collaboration:o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cultivation, quality control, and post-processing, to ensure seamless integration of the extraction process into overall operations.o Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, challenges, and solutions.Qualifications:• Technical Skills:o Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various extraction equipment.o Familiarity with different extraction methods and techniques.• Attention to Detail:o Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the extraction process and reporting.o Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.• Adaptability:o Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, and industry.o Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and extraction methodsand equipment.• Communication:o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
