Job Summary:Haven’s core focus is to improve the quality of life of our patients, clients and employees. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and implement all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Works with digital contractors to coordinate Haven social media and other advertising campaigns for both Haven service lines and recruiting needs.
- Monitor, identify and develop strategies to effectively compete in the marketplace and enhance social media engagement.
- Create content (including managing art and copyright materials) to communicate the unique aspects of Haven.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet goals.
- Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign's performance and visibility.
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
- Analyze key metrics to paint a clear picture of website traffic and needs.
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising
- Proven success in creation and maintenance of website (website development) and social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of contractors and take action when necessary.
- Experience in administration of Google ads
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
- Proven success in SEO optimization
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
