We value quality over quantity and provide you with the time and support to do your best for patients and their families.Job Summary:The Hospice Clinical Services Supervisor assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of Hospice services. Provides direct supervision to the clinical staff, including RN’s, LPN’s, aides, chaplains, social workers and Advanced Practice nurses. He or She is responsible for maintaining the quality of care provided to hospice patients. The Clinical Services Supervisor leads the frontline clinical staff and delivers excellent patient care.

- Supervises all patient care services and personnel including RN, LPN, CNA, Chaplain, Social Workers, and Advanced Practice Nurses
- Ensures overall quality performance of the Hospice staff is maintained
- Demonstrate leadership in the guidance and retention of quality Hospice staff
- Review potential list from current Haven census are reviewed daily for viable referrals
- Provide skilled nursing services as needed; this includes initial evaluations for hospice services, routine visits, admissions, discharges, recertifications, or on-call visits as required
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Preferred 3 years of nursing experience with a minimum of one year management/leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, clerical, and management staff
- Ability to direct and motivate others
- Preferred recent hospice experience within the last 3 years
