Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting programs from various outlets based on company strategy and goals.
- Research new recruiting methods and identify trends for effective recruitment
- Create and update online social media job postings
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates in all stages of the recruitment process, including pre-application and post-interview
- Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
- Represent the company in college and career job fairs.
- Persistently research and design new and creative recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and overcomes recruitment obstacles for those positions.
- A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, with an emphasis in PDN development
- Knowledge of nursing specialties, opportunities, and qualifications
- Knowledge of PDN programming.
- Proven success achieving marketing, sales, or talent acquisition objectives with growing specific programs.
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate organizational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of persistence and follow-through
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette are crucial.
