As a Marketing Coordinator, you will bring your hunger to learn, high accountability, and problem-solving skills to become an integral part of the marketing team. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be responsible for:

• Assist the marketing managers in helping to drive traffic to each community by:
• Ordering and maintaining community signage 
• Plan and coordinate events for realtors, prospects and grassroot marketing event requests from the sales team 
• Maintain inventory of sales office and marketing fulfillment items including flags, mats, signage, and collateral
• Use Teamwork Desk to manage requests from internal customers, research and engage for more information, and assign to appropriate team member
• Code weekly invoices and monthly credit card statements, submit for approval, and deliver to accounting in a timely manner
• Use Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite applications, and Canva to keep marketing materials up to date with correct information 
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build marketing emails
• Coordinate representative photography and videos of market and model homes 
• Maintain brand presence on website which includes updating photography, copy, and working with the digital team to make sure information is correct 
• Respond to comments and reviews on organic social media platforms

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent time management skills
• Experience using Agorapulse, or similar social media management tool a plus
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) a plus
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email builder is a plus
• Experience in the homebuilding industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or 2-years experience in a marketing support position is required
