Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a profound understanding of the market landscape and convey actionable insights to inform our launch and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive business growth by cultivating new opportunities for a specific product specialty, leveraging product expertise and sales acumen to identify and qualify prospects.
• Strategically target key markets and clients, utilizing existing industry connections. Collaborate externally with clients and internally with stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives.
• Develop comprehensive proposals tailored to customers’ requirements, optimizing product offerings from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing timely project updates and deliverables while ensuring milestones and expectations are met.
• Foster and expand business relationships with existing and prospective clients by showcasing Foxlink’s value proposition and crafting proposals in response to sole-sourced requests or RFPs.
• Transform technical content with vague or incomplete information into well-informed, risk-mitigated conclusions, authoring and peer-reviewing due diligence reports.
• Enhance customer relationships by understanding their development needs, providing timely feedback, integrating information from product development and marketing departments, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Lead and develop the sales team, nurturing their sales capabilities and guiding them towards achieving performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline/business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development and sales within data center sector.
• Experience in engaging with key Tier 1 clients.
• Possess an existing network of industry contacts in relevant sectors (data center, highly desirable).
• Proficiency in collaborative project team environments and comfortable with customer-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated experience in project and team management.
• Maintain a customer-focused, consultative approach to projects and customer needs.
• Ability to work within expected deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing scopes or customer requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• (Preferable) Bilingual in Chinese, though not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
