Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling HVAC estimates, sales leads, and installations
• Providing outstanding customer service by answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries
• Answering phones & assisting with service department dispatching
• Handling permit applications, scheduling inspections, and registering equipment for warranty
• Issuing, tracking, and maintaining purchase orders for materials and equipment
• Scheduling service calls and maintaining accurate customer account information in Service Titan & Quickbooks

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience handling multiple phone lines while maintaining organization and efficiency
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
