Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our local sales team by processing service orders and helping out with day to day operations. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with strong communication skills who is organized and works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with sales team
• Process orders via point of sale system
• Assist customers with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized office

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills and an overall positive attitude
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
