Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

CTS Mobility has an available full-time position for a Marketing Associate to be based in our Austin, TX location. This role supports the strategic direction, associated activities, and execution of marketing priorities, events, and tasks. The position reports directly to the CTS Senior Manager – Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Corporate social media pages.
• Create & maintain monthly content release calendar with a variety of activities across platforms.
• Assist in promoting events (pre and post event) through social media channels.
• Understand how to pull select customer base(s) from NetSuite to use for marketing campaigns.
• Understand, and keep up to date on social trends and engagement best practices.
• Keep a repository of internal, partner collateral, and co-branded materials (SharePoint)
• Train sales on marketing processes, new collateral deployment, and other activities
• Assist in interpreting sales requests and translating into engaging content.
• Assist in video & podcast development and alignment to overall marketing strategy.
• Leverage different collateral types to meet the needs of the sales team.
• Assist in obtaining content for quarterly newsletter; insert content into formatted material.
• Proactively engage with content, implement changes, edit, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with website changes/updates.
• Take and distribute meeting notes.
• Engage with sales requests (as approved) such as sending out schwag.
• Assist in acquiring Marketing Development Funds from partners/vendors.
• Serve as graphic designer for creation of all collateral including flyers, brochures, PPTs, infographics, etc.
• Assist with all collateral and meeting required as well as submission and tracking of quarterly promotions.
• Manage schwag stock/ordering process.
• Maintain sales territory maps and any other sales documentation requested.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to lead, communicate, and share knowledge effectively.
• Familiarity with NetSuite/NetSuite CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Job Type:

Full Time.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
