Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional, who is committed to delivering high quality customer service. This role will offer excellent customer service and represent Catalyst Medical Group with a positive, caring attitude.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Patient scheduling, as needed. Adheres to provider templates and guidelines.
- Registers patients quickly, but with an emphasis of compassion.
- Verifies all insurance cards and gets referral from primary care physician when necessary.
- Updates Patient demographics.
- Knowledgeable of contracted insurance plans and procedures.
- Receipts are written and cash drawer balanced daily.
- Upholds high standard for customer service.
- Effective telephone communicator.
- Maintains effective work relationships.

Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent education.
Recommended: Experience in a medical clinic setting preferred.
Wage : $15.96 to $21.98 per hour (based on experience and education)
Hours: Full time - 40 hours
