Required Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
• Currently hold an unrestricted license and current certification, with no sanctions or exclusion from HHS/OIG
• Experience working as an advanced practice provider.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000 to $160,000 annual base wage (DOE), with quarterly Quality Metrics bonuses of up to 25% of base wage
