Description
Looking for an exceptional part-time LPN to join our team of Care Managers that specialize in providing care for aging adults. Our team provides transitional medical services over the phone for patients that are located throughout the surrounding areas. You'll be triaging calls to help manage the care for seniors living in skilled nursing, assisted living and other long term care facilities. Currently seeking Saturday and Sunday coverage - Hours 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
You MUST be located in the state of Missouri with the ability to travel to Columbia, MO as needed. You MUST also be an LPN to apply for this job
