The HR Manager will staffing solutions throughout all departments of an expanding Bankruptcy Law Firm. This role is responsible for managing implementation of new processes and procedures agreed upon by the Visionary and Leadership Team in order to improve productivity and profitability.
The ideal candidate will be able to proactively resolve conflict around, identify, and create solutions for personnel issues within the firm through hiring, training, and creating long-term employee relationships. As the firm grows, the ideal candidate will help guide and successfully scale this expansion. The HR Manager must be a champion of culture and customer service - putting our mission to help good people get a fresh start into action.
