We are looking for a team player for our accounting department. Individual will be punctual, proficient, well organized and detail oriented!!! SAGE EXPERIENCE preferred!!!

JOB SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for assisting the accounting department with membership, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and travel accounting.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

• Log into phone queues to take calls from members through out the day, to assist them with membership questions.
• Process new and renewal members for the club.
• Input membership information changes.
• Mailing club information to new members.
• Makes membership renewal call backs and address changes when necessary.
• Establishes and maintains positive communications and professional demeanor with AAA members, employees, vendors and contractors.
• Prepare bills/uploads for the AAA tire business.
• May perform duties of the travel accounting specialist including scanning checks.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
• Process first of the month, second and third bills to our members.
• And/or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Sage bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills required.
• Strong organization skills required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet desired.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
