• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office with a customer service attitude

• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with math skills

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff members, students, parents, and the public

• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft applications and the internet

• Preference may be given to those with additional training/experience in district supported software, such as student

• Oversee IT Vendor Relationships

• Help manage District IT Projects

• Organize and update IT Help Desk Tickets through completion for various department needs

• Oversee deliveries and equipment moves, as well as warranty exchanges

• Handle purchasing for TRC, Data Services, Technology Bond and Help Desk

• Process Pcard purchases

• Assist with management of IT and Data Services operating budgets

• Assist and support Technology Director, TRC and Data Services departments

• Other duties appropriate to the position as assigned
