Our organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and other related documents. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will also be responsible for other office duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and credit memos.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable records.
• Manage vendor accounts and payments.
• Prepare journal entries for accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
