We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team at Month2Month. Your mission is to connect with potential Home Owners who are eager to be part of our vibrant community. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that span from enhancing brand awareness to promoting our plans.In this role, we are looking for someone who not only understands consumer behavior trends but thrives on generating creative and daring marketing ideas. We encourage fearlessness in experimenting with new marketing concepts, principles, and tactics to drive our success. This position is based at our Corporate Office in Irvine, California.

Key Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities as the Marketing Specialist include:

• Research: Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Idea Maker: Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Develop and Post: Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Vendor Communication: Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Create: Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
• Analysis: Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Wear Many Hats: Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communication, or experience equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience with a marketing team preferred.
• Self Starter: Strong self-motivation and self-management skills, proactive and fast learning ability.
• Analysis: Demonstrated analytical skills and keen insights into problem-solving and data analysis.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
