THE ROLE
The Business Development Specialist leverages strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders while fostering trust and driving business success. This multifaceted role ensures alignment and synergy across departments, enabling effective execution of strategic initiatives and driving sustainable growth for the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prospecting Validated Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, leveraging validated leads to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in targeting.
Pitching to Potential Clients: Craft persuasive pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
Developing Solution Options: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives, developing customized solution options that address their specific challenges and goals.
Coordinating with Department Associates: Work closely with internal teams across departments, including acquisitions, brokerage, and property management, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
Scheduling Meetings/Calls: Manage calendars and schedules to arrange meetings and calls with clients, coordinating logistics and ensuring all parties are well-prepared and informed.
Creating Marketing Material: Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other materials, to support sales efforts and enhance client engagement.
Sending Emails: Craft engaging and informative email communications to nurture leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource to address their evolving needs and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales cycle, and providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, industry insights, and potential opportunities for business expansion or partnership.
