Crest View Senior Communities is a faith-based not for profit organization looking for positive and compassionate health unit coordinator to serve older adults in our 98 bed assisted living community in Blaine.

Duties include:

• Filing & transcription of physicians orders.
• Duplicating material and paperwork for move-ins & discharge.
• Scheduling appointments, and transportation, and other miscellaneous tasks.
• Computer and medical terminology knowledge desirable.
• Assist the Director of Nursing and nursing team with daily tasks.
• Coordinate services for residents.
• Order equipment & supplies for residents & nursing department.
• Assist with service plans.
• Ensure physician orders are transcribed and communicated to nursing team.
