The RN is responsible to provide high quality, holistic nursing care to the residents of Crest View in accordance with nursing practice standards and the health care regulations which govern the practice of professional nursing. Also, to be responsible to the nursing administration and in so doing, to lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.

Job Qualifications:

· Have an RN license according to the State of MN Board of Nursing

· Must be CPR Certified

· Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs

· Be able to document and maintain health records required and to observe physical conditions of residents
