Crest View Sr. Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON ) / Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead the dedicated nursing teams at our beautiful Crest View Assisted Living, Crest View on 42nd. The Director of Nursing (DON) / Clinical Nurse Supervisor- administers and directs the Nursing Services of company's Assisted Living to meet the needs of the clients and to maintain the quality of care at its optimum level. The DON/Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating client care to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. In this management role, the DON/Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance with Assisted Living Regulations. Developing and maintaining close working relationship with other departments and agencies within and outside of company with be essential to be successful in this role.

Minimum qualifications are as follows:
· Registered Nurse in Minnesota, in good standing
· Experience working in assisted living/home care is strongly preferred
· Previous leadership/supervisory experience
· Strong leadership and nurse management skills
· Strong communication skills
· Able to be self-motivated and detail oriented
· Able to work independently in an Assisted Living Setting
