The Total Rewards Specialist at Replimune will be a key member of the HR team supporting Replimune’s compensation and benefit program initiatives. This is a hands-on manager role in which you will contribute to the design, development and administration of Replimune’s compensation and benefit programs. The Specialist will also contribute to overall HR team projects and initiatives. This position will report to the Director, Total Rewards & HRIS.
This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week
