SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
This Sales Representative role covers the Southern California area and is 100% field based, with 50% travel. Lucid Diagnostics Sales Representatives are at the forefront of engaging primary care and internal medicine providers, gastroenterologists, surgeons, and other key customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, results-oriented, innovative team working together to prevent cancer. At Lucid Diagnostics, we believe early detection will make esophageal cancer a disease of the past. We're using next generation sequencing to fundamentally change the way esophageal precancer is detected. Our groundbreaking EsoGuard DNA test assesses genes from cells collected from the esophagus in a quick, non-invasive procedure. This gives clinicians the ability to detect disease before it progresses to cancer, all without the need for sedation. We're focused on making a difference in patient care and we are seeking ambitious team members who do the same. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy and business plan focused on driving patients at risk of Esophageal Cancer to Lucid Test Centers
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals for EsoGuard through effective prospecting, onboarding, and expansion
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Engage in business development activities in a field sales role
  • Present clinically focused sales messaging that influences potential and existing customers to take action
  • Effectively utilize resources to increase adoption, enhance productivity and growth of EsoGuard testing
  • Establish and foster valuable working relationships with health care professionals, including nurses, office staff, and key patient advocacy support groups to drive results
  • Demonstrate extraordinary teamwork and work ethic
  • Actively coordinate and partner with corporate cross-functional teams, including but not limited to the national sales team, Lucid Test Center nurse practitioners, payer relations, and marketing
  • Engage in promotional and sales focused initiatives including local speaker events, regional meetings, and medical conferences
  • Any other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years selling experience in a business-to-business and/or pharmaceutical and/or medical technology space
  • Requires strong business acumen, communication skills, tenacity, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Proven track record of success
  • Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office required
  • This role is field-based and requires the ability to travel
  • All employees are generally required to have completed an FDA-authorized or approved one or two-dose COVID-19 vaccination course, and any subsequent booster doses at the suggested intervals
