Comp up to $75k benefits strong upward mobility

Role is onsite west LA then option for hybrid post training period

High volume AP processing required

• Respond timely to email requests including internal and external customers(meaning vendors)
• Ability to problem solve and put process/policy into place
• Can manage payment manual payment application of wires and credit cards including insurances, taxes, rents etc.
• Can be responsible for creating wire requests to treasury and working with vendors to pay via credit card and ensuring payments are applied because the system does not have auto apply for non check payments
• Flexibility and ability to work with ambiguity, things can change quickly, we can get 30 day notice of 30 more facilities being added
• Ability to scale with the processes they create/put in place
• Ability to work side by side with equivalent AP team
• Weekly payment run, including a calendar and tracker maintenance to ensure no missed/late payment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
