ONCUE MARKETING is Hiring a TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Near Stillwater, OK

POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Development Manager position is responsible for the continuous development of team members utilizing OnCue’s training program to increase team members’ skills and knowledge so that team members can make a greater contribution to their success as well as the Company’s success. The Talent Development Manager will use their passion and skills to develop successful members of the OnCue team by executing the training program with patience and kindness. This position will ensure the consistent, timely delivery of OnCue training standards across the company. The Talent Development Manager will always reflect and exemplify our core values.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver continuous positive, encouraging, hands-on training to new and existing team members through all phases of learning
Willingness to have a flexible schedule
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all systems, programs and processes
Continually develop as a subject matter expert
Offer customized training as requested by the Director of Training, when needed
Be a steady voice advocating for our company culture
Deliver timely, constructive feedback to new and existing team members during the training process
Conduct assessments of new team members during training to identify strengths and areas where additional training would be of benefit
Be able to identify team members that do not have the ability to maintain our standards during the training process
Incorporate the OnCue core values at every opportunity during the training process
Adhere to the curriculum provided and eliminate shortcut mindsets
Always impress upon all team members the importance of working safely and require compliance throughout all phases of training
Maintain a positive working relationship with other OnCue team members and members of management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills
Candidates must be willing to work all shifts
High level of integrity and professionalism
Must thrive from growing the skills and talents of others
Self-motivated, strong critical thinking skills, organized, flexible, ability to readily adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent motivational skills with a demonstrated ability to develop others
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and software, such as Microsoft Office
Excellent listening, written and verbal communications skills
Ability to be a strong team player in a diverse environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to train a new skill using different forms of learning (Verbal, visual, physical)
Minimum of 6 months experience in a management role with OnCue
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel
Ability to communicate through written and verbal practices
Ability to frequently stand and walk for long periods of time
Continuous manual dexterity
Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
The ability to execute any movement, position, or task as it pertains to the training being presented
