Summary

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages complex calendar for Senior Partner Director for large (350 ) organization, schedule(s) meetings, coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.

Responsabilities:

Manages team headcount, PCN updates, recruiting tracking and requisition submissions. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Needs to be someone who is confident, doesn’t have multiple work gaps, is able to fully explain work history and be willing/able to come to the office at least 2-3 times per week be available for special events/offsites on campus.

Requirements

• Years of Experience Required - 8 years
• Degrees or certifications required – College degree.
• Likes working with others, great people skills, able to lead a large (350 ) group, send COMMS on their own, not afraid to communicate – 5 years
