This position may rotate through the Locker and/or Non-Metals line, but would mainly be operating a CNC. Employee needs to be well versed on operating designated equipment in established production cells and adhering to Safety/Quality/Delivery and CT standards
As we want to engage and involve all employees in creating a sustainable problem solving culture driven at creating an exceptional customer experience, this position will support the execution of both the physical and cultural change within our Bradley Operating System (BOS) and is responsible for participating in the development, recommendation and implementation of continuous improvement ideas, process improvement teams, and activities for improving plant performance, as requested.

High school diploma or General Education Diploma graduate courses in Industrial Arts preferred, and two (2) years of general shop experience preferred; or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and training.
