• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in a senior R&D leadership role, preferably within engineering, devices, tools, or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of innovation processes, product development methodologies, and operational efficiency strategies.
• Exceptional collaboration and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with vendors and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a focus on empathy and decisiveness.
• Ability to travel between offices as well as trips nationally and internationally to suppliers.

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $170,000 - $220,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
