Our client is hiring a MS Dynamics CRM Lead to play a critical role in designing and implementing a unified, real time, cross-channel/platform view of our customers to continuously optimize marketing efforts and build customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. You’ll lead the MS Dynamics CRM and Click Dimensions (or similar) initiatives to design, build, optimize, and maintain an integrated solution that creates a single source of customer data coming from a variety of sources/platforms. You'll bring your expertise in CRM, marketing, customer segmentation, data gathering and cleansing, requirements clarification, and system workflows to develop an efficient way to manage customer data for email campaigns and other marketing efforts. A key responsibility will be to manage end-to-end CRM email marketing campaigns including concept development and content planning, audience segmentation and targeting, set-up, deployment, reporting and ongoing testing and optimization. You’ll support Sales and Marketing with quantitative analysis and data-driven insights to inform decisions.Our client offers a flexible work schedule with two days’ work-from-home, a hire-to-retire philosophy, and a kitchen full of snacks to keep you charged throughout the day.Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, mathematics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in data analysis and marketing with a focus on CRM and marketing automation platform optimization and database management. MS Dynamics and ClickDimensions preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer segmentation mechanisms, and their impact on customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
Strong knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on customer segmentation and personalization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies. Ability to use SQL and other tools to collect, clean, transform, manipulate, and analyze customer attribute data.
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, campaign optimization, and test-and-learn methodologies.
