Who You Are

We are looking for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while supporting strong relationships with our current clients. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance aims of this job is necessary. Staff development skills, ability to lead a team of professionals by example while also having solid time management skills are important as well.

Required Experience and Skills

  • CPA preferred
  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • Masters in Taxation (preferred)
  • 5 years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations
  • Experience with Real Estate Tax preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax law
  • Strong review skills of 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 returns
  • Strong tax research experience and skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management
  • Willingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax season
